1. Scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of Pending confirmation (TBD) (the "Service"), including account registration and login, browsing courses, paid enrollments and payments, access to learning content, receipts/invoices, certificates, and community features (such as comments/Q&A) where available.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Account: your registered user account on the Service
- Content: videos, lessons, documents, quizzes, resources, and other learning materials
- Course: any course/class/program offered through the Service
- Order: a purchase/enrollment transaction
- User/You: anyone accessing or using the Service
- UGC (User-Generated Content): content you submit or post (e.g., comments/questions/files)
3. Eligibility and Account Security
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating an Account and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at Pending confirmation (TBD).
- If the Service is not intended for minors, specify: Minimum age: Pending confirmation (TBD). If minors are allowed, specify parental consent rules.
4. Verification and Security (if applicable)
We may use verification measures (such as email/phone OTP) to help secure Accounts. Verification codes may expire and have retry limits.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service for your personal learning purposes, within the access rights granted to you by your enrollment/purchase.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, resell, or exploit Content without permission
- Share your Account or allow others to access paid Courses through your Account (unless expressly permitted in writing)
- Bypass access controls, paywalls, or attempt to access Courses you have not purchased/been granted access to
- Interfere with the Service, attempt to hack, probe, introduce malware, scrape unlawfully, or send spam
- Post illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or dangerous content (see Community Guidelines)
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service and Content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Content solely for your personal learning in accordance with these Terms.
7. Orders and Payments
Purchases/enrollments are governed by Purchase / Refund / Cancellation Policy (POL-REFUND). You should review it before payment. Receipts/invoices (where applicable) will be made available for download and/or email to your registered email address.
8. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community (if available)
- You are responsible for your UGC and must ensure it complies with laws and third-party rights.
- By submitting UGC, you grant us a license to host, store, display, and process it to operate the Service.
- We may remove, restrict, or moderate UGC that violates our policies or applicable law.
- Reporting and moderation follow Community Guidelines (POL-COMM).
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or policies, there is suspected fraud or security risk, or we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we may provide reasons and an appeal route via the Help Center.
10. Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and may perform maintenance that causes downtime. We will try to provide notices where reasonable.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
12. UK Consumer Rights (Important)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
For digital content, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect cancellation rights under UK rules for digital content. Any refund/cancellation approach is detailed in POL-REFUND (currently Pending confirmation (TBD)).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will display the new version and effective date. Material changes may require you to re-accept before continuing.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
