About this qualification
This qualification prepares you to work as a beauty (Swedish massage) therapist. You learn to give relaxing body massage using classical Swedish movements, with the anatomy and physiology, health and safety and client care that the role needs. VTCT Skills product code AM30136. Ofqual qualification number 500/9043/4.
Awarding body: VTCT (UK)
This is a regulated qualification. VTCT (UK) issues your certificate once you have achieved every credit the qualification requires and the centre has claimed it for you. Taitam-D does not issue its own certificate for this qualification.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?▾
It depends on the course. Some courses lead to a qualification awarded by an external awarding body such as VTCT — the course page says so where that is the case. Other courses are Taitam-D Academy London courses: you receive a course completion certificate issued by us, with an online page where it can be checked. That certificate is not a regulated qualification and is not awarded by an external awarding body. The conditions for issuing a certificate are set out on each course page.
Do I need special equipment to take the courses?▾
It depends on the course — check the course's own overview and curriculum for any tools or equipment it calls for.
